How to enjoy glorious sex, in spite of joint pain

I hope this blog title gets your attention.

Joking aside, it’s one of those ’sensitive’ subjects you may not talk about in public company, but it’s a very real topic of concern I’ve come across frequently in my consultations with patients at the Natural Health Advisory Service. Just because some of us are at that ‘certain age’, it doesn’t mean our sex drive automatically slips into slow gear. While a diminished libido is certainly a factor of aging in some people, sometimes sex is simply uncomfortable, especially if you or your partner suffers from sore or aching joints, in your hips, elbows or knees.
